Welcome to The Estates of Apple Valley!
The Estates of Apple Valley is managed by The Estates of Apple Valley Homeowners' Association. The neighborhood's Covenants and Restrictions contain rules that provide that all exterior improvements and/or alterations to dwellings or lots must first be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (the ACC) prior to commencement. Improvements and alterations include but are not limited to a fence, a permanent structure, a wall, a storage shed, a cabana, a greenhouse, a playhouse or pergola, a garage or a home addition.
